1. Definitions.

2. User Obligations.

4. The rights of the Registrar.

• 4.2 Registrar doesn't warrant restoration of Named e-mail or the named e-mail address in case if the User hasn't made Timely payment and for this reason the named e-mail Address has been disconnected.

• 4.3 Registrar has the right to change quotations for the named e-mail address rent Registration and named e-mail address rent Extension at any moment without the prices change motivation, without the individual notice about the User on costs changes.

• 4.4 Money for named e-mail address rent Registration and named e-mail address rent extension are non-refundable, except when the registrar, by virtue of certain circumstances can't transfer rent of the named e-mail Address chosen by the User.

• 4.5 In a case of one or several rules breach, presented to the user during named e-mail address registration, the named e-mail or named e-mail address e-mail stops working, the User agrees to not claim a refund of named e-mail address rent Registration , or named e-mail address rent extension payment , and User agrees that won't have any other claims to the Registrar.

• 4.7 The Registrar can change or update the NAMEDMAIL rules at any time, without User personal notice.

5. User rights.

• 5.1 User can refuse the services of the Registrar and named e-mail addresses use at any time, notifying the Registrar by e-mail: asdas@adas.com. Upon cancellation of service, the user does not claim any compensation and has no claim to the Registrar of the named e-mail Address.
